the future of Web3 product stack

When you immerse yourself and go deeper down the Web3 rabbit hole, you realise that it gets wider & wider. here as some thoughts along the way:

> First, pervasive decentralization. Not just architecture, but every process & transaction could be progressively decentralised. It’s a radically different way of thinking to put decentralization at the core of your thinking whilst solving a hard problem. Potential to innovate radical financial primitives.

> UX. Must become an obsession in Web3. Almost every platform, protocol — most suck from a uiux perspective. UX and abstraction wold be vital, especially for mainstreaming Decentralised Finance or DeFi as a scalable asset class. Blockchain engineering & the complexity of smart contracts or composability, all can & must be under the hood.

> Analytics driven. Depth of info in on-chain metadata presents a real opportunity for putting blockchain analytics in the core architecture of a product. Deep learning models & algorithms can bring blockchain embedded data to life — and must be part of any blockbuster full stack product. Engineering composite feature sets with sentiment & text

> Crypto security. This remains a foundation level concern. We’ve already seen several massive sidechain / bridge hacks. Scale will continue to push more transactions on to L2s, thus enhance security risks. DApps & web3 apps can’t only depend upon foundational layers for sorting out security — must invest themselves. Wide spears adoption will need highly trusting security in this trustless ecosytem.

> Finally, aggregation. Specialization & narrowly focused products now define the Web3 and DeFi space. That’s introduced tons of complexity & access asymmetry. Intelligent aggregation platforms will be crucial to address these two issues & solve at scale for both existing & new users.

Though I’d share some early thoughts on some aspects on the future of Web3 — helps me learn more myself!
